Will Gracie is a twice certified hypnotherapist specialising in fast, mechanism-based change, with a particular focus on smoking, vaping, and nicotine-related habits. He trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy and later advanced his work under Paul McKenna, PhD, refining a precise, non-theatrical approach designed to interrupt habits at the level they are actually formed — in the nervous system, not the story.

 

Alongside his clinical work, Will spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, performing internationally as a commercial dancer and singer for world-class artists including Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, P!nk, Diana Ross, Mariah Carey, George Michael, and Simon Cowell. Working in high-pressure, high-performance environments shaped his expectation that results should be clear, efficient, and measurable.

He also volunteered for over 20 years with the Elton John AIDS Foundation, supporting large-scale charity events and gaining first-hand experience of working calmly and responsibly around public figures and complex human situations.

Eight years ago, while supporting his mother through intensive cancer treatment that saved her life but permanently altered her ability to swallow, Will experienced his own period of neurological overload and trauma. Rejecting medication as a long-term solution, he explored talk therapy, hypnosis, and applied neurological techniques — discovering first-hand what worked, what didn’t, and what wasted time.

That experience clarified his professional direction : to focus on methods that create change quickly, without emotional excavation, and without keeping people dependent on therapy.

Today, Will’s work is sought by clients who are intelligent, capable, and ready to stop — not manage — long-standing habits. His approach is calm, focused, and often surprisingly light, grounded in the belief that when the mechanism stops running, the behaviour no longer makes sense.
