How does it work ?
To explain this let us consider that the mind is an iceberg. The conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg you can see, and the subconscious mind is hidden by the water and is vast
The conscious mind is the thinking mind and analyzes everything like say, the conversation you just had, the project you are working on and what you might have for dinner!
Your subconscious mind is like your auto-pilot. It regulates how your body breathes, regulates the blood pumping through your veins, the beating of your heart, the blinking of your eyes. And it’s what keeps you alive with out even thinking about it. We operate from the subconscious mind 95% of the time .
The subsconscious mind acts like a giant library, or indeed a giant vault where everything we have ever experienced is stored, and this imprint forms our understanding of the world and our place within it .
The beliefs we form are responsible for our thoughts and our feelings and our behaviours and often we need to look back at those old beliefs as they may be holding us back and affecting our behaviours in destructive ways. This means you can really be free of your issue and this often has a domino effect on surrounding issues that dissipate once a core issue is dealt with.
Do I need multiple sessions?
Many issues can be effectively treated in 2-3 sessions :
- Phobias
- Stopping addictions
- Procrastination
- Better focus
- Beating stress
Some deep seated concerns such a CPTSD, depression and anorexia will require multiple sessions but this would mean sessions over a period of months not years.
Every session ends with the client being provided with a bespoke transformational audio that they agree to listen to daily for a minimum of 21 days to reinforce the treatment and transformation that occurs in the session .
